At the time of order delivery If you think you have received the product in a poor condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please deny the delivery and do not accept the order. Returns Due to Non-Delivery: If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.
When do I have to self-ship the product to Vama Gears?
Though a specific courier may deliver products to your address, they may not have the service for reverse pick up facility. In such cases you will have to ship the product back to us. Connect with our care team, we will share the address for return.
