1. What is Polki jewellery?

Polki jewellery is made using uncut, natural diamonds set in gold. Each stone retains its raw brilliance, making every piece unique. At VAMA Gears, we use Syndicate Diamond Polkis, known for their purity and sparkle.

2. Are all VAMA Gears pieces made with real diamonds?

Yes — we use 100% Natural Syndicate Diamond Polkis only. Each piece is tested, certified, and hallmarked for authenticity by accredited labs.

3. What karat gold is used in VAMA Gears jewellery?

We craft our designs in 24KT, 22KT, 18KT, and 14KT gold, depending on the design’s structure and setting requirements.

4. Does VAMA Gears offer certifications?

Yes. Every purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity

Ordering & Payment

1. How do I place an order online?

Simply choose your favourite design, add it to the cart, and complete the checkout using secure payment options. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

2. What payment modes are accepted?

We accept:

  • UPI & Net Banking
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Wallet Payments
  • Cash on Delivery (for select orders under ₹50,000)

For orders above ₹15,000 with COD, a ₹500 handling fee applies.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we offer custom international shipping.

2. How is my jewellery packaged for delivery?

Every piece is shipped in tamper-proof packaging, with soft lining and protective wrapping. Your package also includes:

  • Invoice & authenticity certificate
  • Care manual
  • Protective jewellery box

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.You can also contact our support team for real-time updates.

Returns, Exchange & Buyback

1. What is the VAMA Gears buyback policy?

We offer a Lifetime Buyback on all jewellery:

  • Gold rate appreciation + 50% of product value, or
  • 80% of total invoice value

2. What if my jewellery gets damaged?

We offer repair services for all jewellery purchased from VAMA Gears.Simply email us with photos, and our team will guide you through the repair process.

3. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives tampered or damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@vamagears.com with pictures/videos.

An unboxing video is mandatory


We’ll investigate and replace the item if confirmed.

1. Can I customize an existing design?

Yes — from gemstone colour changes to resizing and personalization, we’re happy to craft your dream design.

1. How do I clean Polki jewellery at home?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after every use. Avoid water, perfumes, or chemicals. Store in cotton-lined boxes to prevent tarnish.

2. How should I store my Polki jewellery?

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box lined with mul-mul or cotton fabric.Avoid plastic pouches or velvet boxes to prevent moisture build-up.

3. Can I wear Polki jewellery daily?

Our lightweight Polki pieces can be worn frequently, but avoid exposure to moisture, cosmetics, or rough handling to preserve longevity.
