Shipping policy
Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation. Custom-made and made-to-order pieces require approximately 20 days of crafting time, in addition to shipping. Any updates or delays will be communicated to you directly over WhatsApp.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS. You can use these details to follow your order at any time.
Delivery Timeline Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your delivery pincode and the shipping partner assigned to your area.
Unboxing Video It is mandatory to record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of opening your order. This video is required to process any claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Claims raised without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Damaged or Tampered Packaging If your order arrives with visibly damaged or tampered packaging, please refuse the delivery on the spot and do not accept it. Reach out to us immediately with your Order ID and unboxing video, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. VAMA Gears will not be liable for non-delivery arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Undelivered or Returned Orders If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or an address error, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Self-Ship Returns Certain pincodes may not support reverse pickup by our courier partners. In such cases, you will need to self-ship the item back to us. Please contact our care team and we will share the return address and guide you through the process.
