Refund policy

1. General Principle

All VAMA Gears pieces are handcrafted and quality-checked before dispatch. We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges. Customers may request a buyback under the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

Accepted if:

  • Piece was purchased directly from VAMA (Instagram, WhatsApp, or vamagears.com)
  • Original VAMA invoice is presented
  • Piece is intact — no broken stones, structural damage, or third-party repairs
  • Piece has not been exposed to moisture, perfume, or chemicals

Not accepted:

  • Personalized, bespoke, or engraved pieces (unless agreed at time of order)
  • Made-to-Order (MTO) items
  • Pieces without original invoice

3. Buyback Value

Method A 80% of original invoice value
Method B Prevailing gold rate × net gold weight + 50% of making charges (excluding certification & delivery)


4. Process

  1. Raise a request — WhatsApp us with your invoice number and clear photographs of the piece.
  2. Approval — Our team confirms eligibility within 48 hours.
  3. Ship the piece — Send via insured courier. Return shipping is borne by the customer. VAMA is not liable for transit loss unless shipping is arranged by us.
  4. Assessment — Piece is inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet our standards.

5. Policy Amendments

Maver Jewels LLP reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion. Terms in effect on the date of request initiation will apply.
